During 2008 I will be running some Pilates weekends.
Following on from the success of the weekend in February I will be running another one November 21st-23rd.
This will be held at The Anglo Swiss Hotel. Eastcliff, Bournemouth.

Who will theseweekends suit:
Those with no pilates experience.
Anyone with limited pilates experience that would like to gain a better understanding.
People who would like to use a pilates dvd and wants to understand the principles in more detail.
Ages 18 to 80

Welcome drinks.
2 nights bed and breakfast
4 hours pilates tuition
A pilates information pack
