As a result of covid 19 all of my classes are on Zoom at the moment. I'm not running my normal timetable. My current list is as follows:

Circuit Training 11.30am Monday

Pilates 11am Tuesday

Stretch 10.30am Wednesday

Pilates 7pm Wednesday

Pilates 9.30am Thursday

Circuit Training 11.45am Thursday

Pilates 4pm Thursday

Pilates 2pm Friday
